We want paid Weeknight Family Meals tools to work as described and to be usable on the devices we say they support.
If Build My Week does not work as described or you have a technical problem we cannot resolve, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund.
How to request a refund
Email contact@weeknightfamilymeals.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include the email address used at checkout and a short description of the problem. If the issue is technical, device and browser details or a screenshot can help us resolve it faster.
What this policy covers
This policy currently applies to the Build My Week $9 one-time digital product. If another paid Weeknight Family Meals product has different refund terms, those terms will be shown clearly before purchase.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
