Why it fits tonight: Nothing needs cooking. Keep dressing on the side, roll the fillings into wraps, and dinner is ready before a pan would even be hot.

Why It Works Tonight

This adds a true survival-night rotisserie option rather than another hot quesadilla or pasta. It also gives Dinner Rescue a meaningful sub-15-minute destination when a planned dinner suddenly feels like too much.

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/3 cup mild Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated or shredded Parmesan cheese

Make This Card Fit Your Night

Picky-Eater Move

Serve plain chicken, tortilla, Parmesan, and lettuce separately with dressing for dipping.

Make It Cheaper

Use less chicken per wrap and bulk up the filling with extra romaine.

Use What You Have

Bagged chopped romaine or a Caesar salad kit can speed this up further. If using a kit, use its dressing and cheese instead of buying duplicates.

Pack Tomorrow

Keep dressing separate until serving so the lettuce and tortilla stay fresher.

Leftovers Tomorrow

Store leftover chicken and undressed lettuce separately for up to 3 days. Assemble fresh wraps when ready to eat.
